Hynix Semiconductor is one of the leaders in the memory semiconductor industry including DRAM, NAND Flash, and CIS.

Position Summary :

Entry level marketing analyst position: market research, market analysis, translation, marketing planning

Primary Responsibilities :

Performs general building maintenance, repairs and/or changes light fixtures, ensures that facilities meets OSHA requirements.

Evaluates, coordinates, and/or performs employee work order request.

Coordinates inter-company office moves.

Develops detailed space plans; may physically perform the actual move.

Assembles and repairs office furniture.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

High school education or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years experience in a facilities assistant or helper, or building maintenance position.

Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance and repair.

Strong understanding of federal, state, and local building codes, ordinances and safety requirements.

Able to lift more than 50 pounds.

Good oral and written communication skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent MS office skills

Planning and follow up ability needed
