1. Basic Employee Ethics
1) Employees are proud to be members of our company, and strive to realize the ‘3C values’: 3C (Challenge, Creation, Collaboration).
2) With a high sense of ethical values, employees strive to maintain their integrity and the Company’s honor.
3) Employees are strictly punished in the event of any violation of regulations related to the company or ethics, and are obliged to report any illegal activities by following the appropriate procedures.
4) Employees strive to achieve better performance and work efficiency through cooperation and communication between the relevant departments.
2. Fairness in Performance
1) Employees fully understand the regulations related to the company and ethics, and show the best performance possible.
2) Employees are clearly aware of their rights and obligations as described in the company’s policy, do their jobs based on these and are responsible for the outcome.
3) In performing their jobs, employees should neither accept nor provide any type of financial benefits.
4) In performing their jobs, employees should avoid any individual transactions that are in conflict with the company’s interests, and when a conflict is unavoidable, the company’s interests should be considered first, as long as this does not violate ethical standards.
3. Self-Development
In this globalized society, employees are seeking ways to develop themselves through in-depth knowledge and skill.
4. Ethics among employees
1) Employees help each other, to foster a cooperative and comfortable work environment through basic etiquette.
2) Any partisanship or discrimination relating to university attended, gender, religion, ancestry, national origin, etc., is strictly forbidden.
3) To observe the relevant laws and regulations, employees are committed to helping and monitoring each other.
4) All unjust financial requests, financial transactions, and individual financial gifts are prohibited. However, small gifts may be given for birthdays, promotions, and other special occasions.
5) Employees must follow the instructions of their superior as well as they can. Exercising veto shall be secured over any unjust or illegal instruction of their superior, and if this is not corrected later on, they shall follow the designated reporting procedure.
6) Adhering to preventive regulations, employees must avoid any behavior that could be perceived as sexual harassment.
5. Preservation of Company Properties and Confidential Information
1) Prohibition of Personal use of Company assets -Employees are required to use their working hours and company asset for business purposes only.
2) Prohibition of the Use of Undisclosed Information -Exploiting internal information when buying or selling stocks of the company, or when advising others in the trading of such stocks, is strictly forbidden.
3) Preservation of Confidential Information - Undisclosed information (relating to R&D, Sales, Finance, Personnel, etc.) should not be revealed outside the company or to any 3rd party, even after employment termination. - Employees should protect the company’s assets in all forms, including intellectual properties.
6. Safety and the Prevention of Danger
1) Employees are responsible for the safety of the company, and must do their utmost to prevent accidents when working.
2) In any emergency, a full-scale recovery effort should be made, with an immediate reporting procedure.
3) Safety rules should firmly be observed in the workplace.

1) In all of our business activities, we respect the customs and regulations of the countries concerned.

3. Prohibition of Political activities
1) Political activities, including any illegal gifts to political entities, are generally prohibited in work area.
However, we as a company can express our opinion regarding any legislation or policy relating to company interests.
2) The right of individuals to vote should be secured, but personal opinions should be carefully presented, so as not to be misunderstood as an opinion representing the company.
4. Eco-friendly management
1) We do our best to observe internationally environmental rules, and maintain clean operations.
2) We make efforts to enhance the development and expansion of eco-friendly technology.
3) We are deeply aware of the problems that are expected to stem from global warming, and are stepping forward to prevent pollution and to protect the environment.

Chapter 2 (Practicing Rules)
Details that employees should observe regarding Code of Conduct are described in the practicing rules, such as the “Employee Guidance Rule”, “Use of Company Assets”, “Regulation Indication System”, “Ethics & Compliance Guide”, “Whistle Blowing”
Chapter 3 (HR Assessment, Reward, Punishment)
Any achievement or violation of the Code of Conduct will be reflected in HR procedures, such as personal assessments, rewards, or disciplinary measures.
Chapter 4 (Advice)
When employees have any questions regarding the Code of Conduct and other practicing rules, the Ethics Management Team should advise them of the designated procedure.
Chapter 5 (Interpretation)
The authority to interpret the Code of Conduct and other practicing rules belongs to the Ethics Management Team.
Chapter 6 (Priority)
The Code of Conduct, including its practicing rules, shall have priority over any other corporate regulations
