System for Sustainability Management

SK Hynix operates 3 committees, including SM Committee, SM Sub-committee, SM Task Force Team, meet semiannually to discuss strategic policies to strengthen sustainability management and set necessary tasks to carry out. Furthermore, SK Hynix holds its Hynix Semiconductor China Ltd. (HSCL) SM Committee meeting annually. It then shared head office’s SM strategies, identified HSCL’s SM issues, and discussed other relevant issues. Based on the above system, the company checks both the strategic system and the road map for sustainability management to implement the SM tasks on a companywide scale while making an effort to take into account a variety of opinions of the interested parties in the course of business activity.
