Mobile features
Auto TCSR (Temperature Compensated Self Refresh)
This function can be used in the mobile DRAM to set refresh rates and also allows the system to control power based on temperature.
An internal temperature sensor is implemented to reduce self refresh current consumption and to automatically adjust refresh rate according to temperature without external EMRS command.
PASR (Partial Array Self Refresh)
The Mobile DDR is operated under special Self Refresh operation system to reduce power by the specific modes (PASR) programmed in extended mode registers. The whole array (default), ½ , 1/4, 1/8 or 1/16 array could be selected.
DS (Drive Strength)
The drive strength(Full,1/2,1/4,1/8) can be programmed by using EMRS to adjust different system environment.
DPD (Deep Power Down)
This function which is an operating mode achieves maximum power reduction by cutting the power of the whole memory array of the devices. Data will not be retained once the device enters Deep Power Down Mode. Full initialization is required at Deep Power Down Mode.
