The cache program feature allows the data insertion in the cache register while the data register is copied into the flash array. The repetitive high to low transitions of the RE clock make the device output the data starting from the selected column address up to the last column address. When the device returns to the ready state (Ready/Busy High), the second bus write cycle of the command is given with the 5bus cycles to input the target page address.
