Hynix began sampling 2M CMOS image sensor with a significant improvement in low light performance, noise level, temporal characteristic, and operating speed. Mass production of 2M CMOS is scheduled in April. |

The product will also be available in new package type such as COB (Chip on Board) and Opto CSP (Opto Chip Scale Package). |
